Assess and develop optimal structures for directly investing in operating companies, including the potential for use of debt or qualifying alternative capital (tax credit subsidies, EB-5 investment, etc.) for rounding out capitalization.

Pooled Vehicles

Structure special purpose investment funds often comprised of multiple private investors for the purpose of investing in one or more direct investment structures.

Alternative Investments

Assess the feasibility of evergreen funds and other managed accounts to create opportunities for high-quality, cash-generating businesses to compound returns in investor portfolios, ideally, over long periods of time.

Structure investment vehicles that allow multiple minority investors to invest into an operating company, often alongside a private equity or other financial sponsor in a recapitalization, leveraged buyout, or growth capital transaction.

Provide full suite of services supporting portfolio companies of our clients and their direct investments including assessing new development opportunities, sourcing new debt and/or equity capital, performing operational and leadership due diligence, and optimizing capital structures.
